Science-Backed BJJ Injury Prevention w/ Alex Sterner

Alex is the owner and head coach of Electrum Performance, a strength and conditioning gym in San Diego focused on performance training for professional BJJ athletes and fighters. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Connecticut, and obtained a CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

He is also the head strength & conditioning coach at Atos headquarters and has worked with some of the best Jiu Jitsu fighters in the world like Andre Galvao, Kaynan Duarte, and Gustavo Batista.
