Who is Order & Progress for?
Grapplers, martial artists, and combat athletes who plan to train for life. The methods work for anyone — but the perspective is built for people who treat their training like a long game, not a phase.
What makes your programs different?
Every program is built and tested by people who actually grapple. We don't repackage generic S&C — we engineer mobility, strength, and resilience around the specific demands of jiu-jitsu. The result: shorter sessions, better carryover to the mat, fewer injuries.
Do I need to be experienced to start?
No. Our entry program (Grapplers Get Up) teaches from zero. The other programs assume you can move, but every technique is taught with proper form first. Start light, progress over time. That's the whole method.
